Steph Edwards

My journey into the wonderful world of being a Natural therapist truly began when I was living in Asia and not feeling myself and unhappy with life. It was at this point in time that I experienced a profound Reiki session which opened my world to what Reiki can do for the Mind-Body-Soul connection. This Reiki session lead me to becoming a Level 2 Usui Reiki therapist in 2013.

After moving to London in 2016 I continued to learn about Western Reiki under two different Reiki Masters which lead me to become a qualified CNHC Master Teacher Reiki Therapist.

It was during this time of re-adjusting to Western life and injuring my groin that I recalled how a Craniosacral treatment helped my first-born baby. I experienced a Craniosacral treatment for myself and was so in awe and inspired about its power and similarities but differences to Reiki, that I became determined to learn more about this therapy. I went on to become a qualified Craniosacral Therapist from The College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and am blessed to be able to help others with Reiki and Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
