Experience the Power of Reiki : Reiki (pronounced as Ray Kee) is a gentle Japanese healing therapy, practised widely throughout the world by the laying on of hands to channel energy through the practitioner to the recipient. It is a simple healing technique that balances the flow of energy or Ki / Qi (pronounced Chi) through the whole being (physical, spiritual, mental and emotional) to promote self-healing.

Everything in the universe, including living beings, is composed of energy vibrating at varying frequencies. This energy flows throughout our bodies, contributing to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Referred to as "Qi," "Prana," "Ki," or "Life's Energy Flow," it plays a crucial role in maintaining our overall well-being. Reiki serves as a means to clear and re-balance stagnant or blocked energy flow at its deepest level, aiding in the restoration of Qi to its natural state, which is essential for our health and vitality.

Reiki boosts the natural healing process of the body.  It is a wonderful preventative treatment as well as healing conditions that already occurred. It is wonderful for energy renewal, pain relief, menopause, fatigue, insomnia, chakra balancing, anxiety, stress, increases focus and concentration, babies teething, ADHD, restlessness and all over wellbeing.
