This Meditation was taught to me in 2013 when I was first attuned to Reiki in Singapore. This simple and basic meditation helps in settling the mind and allows you to go deeper into a meditative state. It is wonderful for those who find meditation hard due to the monkey mindset. Try and do it for a min of 10 minutes every day and you will find a significant difference in your energy levels, mindset, and stress levels.
